Phil Murphy, New Jersey Governor, Says He Has a Kidney Tumor

“The prognosis is very good and I’m profoundly grateful to my doctors for detecting the tumor early,” Mr. Murphy wrote on Twitter. He said he would undergo surgery early next month.
