‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Sequel & ‘Spider-Verse 2’ Delayed Amid Sony Release Date Reshuffle

The coronavirus pandemic has put a cramp in every studio’s style. Following the news that Marvel will push its “Doctor Strange” sequel out of the fall 2021 frame to March 2022, Sony has muscled in on the open territory. Though, in fact, the multiple release date shuffles announced today might have been done in some kind of conjunction with Sony given the two studios are interconnected and business partners in the world of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
