Lets be real the world is looking pretty damn grey the past few weeks and whilst the first week of self isolation may have had you feeling relaxed, rested and with a new found love for baking, painting or watching every show on Netflix, for some of us staying in so much can leave us feeling a little blue and stir crazy.
