Well that’s the scoop! See you there.

Friday Food Trucks | 18 Friday

Feeling a casual foodie night out without going to the trouble of booking a restaurant? Well, The Black Market has you covered this Friday as they welcome delicious Italian food trucks from the likes of Parma Street Food and That Pizza Guy. The bar will be open until late so grab your beverage of choice, an Italian bite, and enjoy some funky live music.

WOOHOO! Brisfest is here and they are bringing with them some seriously insane performances. With multiple outdoor events to choose from, you can join in on Friday’s free social distanced dance club (wear your best disco-themed outfit). Still not excited? To replace the annual firework display, our skies are being treated to a month-long laser beam installation! Every weekend of the festival, Brisbane’s skyline is taken over by an electric laser display that has us looking up for more! Sit back in the comfort of your own home as the sky is transformed into a piece of art. Don’t worry, the light will be visible from numerous vantage points across Brisbane, so the night is yours to enjoy!

Featuring “the thirsty trinity of Campari, gin and vermouth,” Ovolo believes the alcoholic beverage is best served smoky, and we’d have to agree! With each of their venues featuring their own spirited rendition of this hard-core cocktail, Brisbanites will be blessed with the delicious smoked persimmon negroni from Za Za Ta to tickle their taste buds. Sober September can wait until next year – Negroni’s are calling! Oh, and $1 from every Negroni sold will go towards the Help Out Hospo charity, so we really can’t see any reason to deny yourself.
